There are generally three different reasons for this problem. Here are the reasons and their solutions:
#1 – 3rd party plugins
Some 3rd party plugins try to interfere with the demo import process, causing the demo to not be imported properly.
Solution: Disable all plugins except Elementor and Hub, reset your site and import the demo again.
#2 – Insufficient server resources
Your server may not meet the requirements of our theme.
Solution: Make sure your server meets the minimum requirements of the theme.
#3 – Multiple demo imports
If you import multiple demos to your site in a row, the configuration of each demo you import will override the previous one. For this reason, we recommend that you import only one demo to your site.
Solution: If you want to change the demo you imported to your site, first reset your site, then import a demo again.
